Mom’s Handmade Soaps – locally made by Buehrer’s mom, all pure ingredients, no added scents, long lasting 

  • Green Tea Scrub – $8
  • - Made with green tea matcha powder, shea butter, glycerin, sweet almond oil and orange essential oil
  • Coffee Utility – $6
  • - Made with actual coffee grounds, shea butter, glycerin, sweet almond oil. Great for removing odors from your hands.  Excellent exfoliant. Caffeine may help fight skin cancers.
  • Green tea Pure – $6
  • - Pure glycerin with a hand extracted Japanese jasmine green tea infusion
  • Coffee Spa – $8
  • - Massage style bar made with coffee, shea butter, glycerin, sweet almond oil, eucalyptus and lavender essential oils

Beverages

  • Coffee (whole bean) – $9.50 a pound.
    • Kona - a blend of Central American medium-bodied beans and Hawaiian Kona mellow and delicately aromatic coffee beans; perfect coffee for any time of day.
    • Texas Pecan - Arabica beans with roasted pecan flavor and real pecan pieces from locally grown trees to create a cup of coffee with a taste as big as Texas!
  • Tea – Make your own! $6 for an ounce of loose leaf tea and 8 individual tea bags
    • Hibiscus - A lovely, intense tropical aroma with a pleasant slightly tart taste. Originally from Sudan, it is a perfect after dinner drink. May help lower blood pressure. Naturally decaffeinated.
    • Texas Gold – a robust mixture of cinnamon, orange peel and cloves. Spicy, perky taste to get your morning started. Add milk for a refreshing morning or evening drink. Naturally decaffeinated.
    • Caribbean Afternoon - Imagine ocean breezes and sunshine while you sip this tea. A blend of papaya leaf, raspberry leaf, cinnamon, rosehips and lemongrass. Naturally decaffeinated.
    • Blueberry – a blend of whole fruit and natural blueberry  extracts with premium quality Chinese and Indian black teas. A fruity aroma of fresh blueberries packed with antioxidants.  Not decaffeinated.

Dressings and sauces

  • Ziggy Zesty Zalts – kosher salt, fresh herbs – 4 flavors – $5 each
  • Lemon Rosemary
  • Lime Cayenne
  • Orange Tarragon
  • Ginger Black Pepper
  • BBQ sauce – our recipe, made in house from scratch
  • Pesto–fresh basil, a bit of spinach, nuts, parmesan cheese and olive oil. Great with pasta of course but also makes a fantastic dip or a sauce for grilled chicken.
  • Chimichurri sauce–fresh parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic and red pepper flakes pureed into a sauce; excellent with grilled meats

Appetizers

  • Ziggy snacks–savory shortbread cookies made with fresh herbs and salt with a spicy kick; great with wine, beer and champagne. Makes a very nice hostess gift.
  • Queso with spicy garlic turkey
  • Hummus–our version does not have tahini (sesame paste) so it’s much lower in fat
  • Spinach and artichoke dip with baked chips and cucumbers
  • Chips and salsa–baked tortilla chips and house made salsa (mild)

Soups

  • Buffalo chili
  • White chili-chicken breast, navy beans, poblanos (mildly spicy)
  • Roasted butternut squash
  • White bean with pesto–navy beans pureed with veggie stock and drizzled with pesto
  • Gazpacho with avocado-our version with fresh vegetables

Entrees

  • Chicken salad–chicken breast roasted with white wine and fresh rosemary; diced with  mayo and walnuts
  • Meat loaf–made with lean beef and turkey (no bread-we use oatmeal)
  • Veggie loaf–lentils, brown rice, carrots and spices (no bread-we use oatmeal)

Desserts

  • Carrot cake cookies–2 carrot cake cookies filled with low fat cream cheese
  • Cheesecake–our version is flourless with an almond crumb crust–chocolate chip, amaretto,  mango, lime, orange, dulce de lech and more
  • Orange almond cake–flourless–made with almond “flour”, oranges and egg white  with an orange cream cheese glaze

Breakfast

  • Muffins–fat free and flourless, our version is made with oatmeal, fresh fruit and egg whites –apple feta, carrot “cake”, orange ginger almond or chocolate chip
  • Apple turkey sausage–lean ground turkey, fresh apples and sage
